"TL;DR - I'm a grad student who barely has time to eat. Mr. Ghouneim managed to fully resolve the circumstances regarding a very serious accident in less than 48 hrs. to a level of satisfaction I'd not thought possible. Cannot recommend enough. Longer version: I'm currently working on my Ph.D. in analytical chemistry and between classes, TAing, travel and the ever present specter of grading - finding even a few hours in a given week for downtime is difficult. On my way home Wed. of this week, I was plowed into at nearly 40 mph by an individual (presumably texting while driving) while I was stopped at a red light. While I'm grateful injuries were minor, the loss of my car is beyond devastating as I commute 1.5 hrs. to/from my university. Just the prospect of sorting out liability, repair, etc. was enough to borderline break me emotionally/mentally. The aforementioned being said - my family has been with Mr. Ghouneim for as long as I can remember and I stayed with the agency even into my adult years and am I ever happy I made that decision. I revived a comprehensive series of instructions regarding collision repair, rental cars, etc. taken care of entirely on the agent's side and even after my car was declared as a total loss I received exactly what I paid for the car 1 year prior. A bloody, honest to God miracle in my eyes. I even managed to get a replacement car squared away by EoB on Friday - thanks entirely to Mr.Ghouneim and his agency's efforts. I will be staying with agency for the rest of my days - circumstances permitting. What seemed like an insurmountable hurdle was made possible thanks entirely to Ibrahim Ghouneim and his stellar agency. 5 stars don't seem like enough."
